Shipping Policy
Our items are shipped safely by USPS or Fedex and may be insured at certain prices. Tracking numbers will be available for every order as well as fast, 2-day shipping if need-be. Shipping will be paid by the buyer.
Returns and Refunds
Within the first 14 days of purchase you may return the item to us after getting a
Return Authorization with “No questions asked”. We expect you to pay for Insured
Return Shipping and need you to make sure that the item is well packaged so as not to
be damaged during shipping.
If you must return an item-for any reason, we ask that you include the packing slip with your
return, along with the reason for returning. We may be able to exchange or refund your return
depending on the reason as long as it is authorized within the first 30 days of purchase and
reaches us by the first 60 days of purchase. We will not refund any damaged items that are
returned in case it was damaged due to incident and not due to normal wear and tear. Any
returns made will require shipping to be paid by the buyer.
